If You Received a Claim from TRACKS Inc. (Publishing) for Using DOVA-SYNDROME Music

We manage copyright on YouTube for music distributed through DOVA-SYNDROME (hereinafter "DOVA"). Although DOVA tracks are free BGM, users have continued to face unauthorized copyright claims from overseas organizations and companies.

In response, starting February 25, 2022, we began work to remove these unauthorized claims. As part of this process, some legitimate users of DOVA music have received claims from TRACKS Inc. (Publishing) flagged as cover songs.

These cover song claims are erroneous claims resulting from YouTube's system and unauthorized rights assertions. We are working to withdraw them sequentially. If a claim is not withdrawn, you may file a dispute, and we will prioritize its removal.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to users of DOVA music. The current incorrect claims are an unavoidable consequence of YouTube's system during the process of eliminating unauthorized claims made by third parties. We appreciate your understanding. We expect the number of incorrect claims to decrease as these unauthorized claims are removed.
